Description: This cylinder seal is likely from Tell Asmar, ancient Eshnunna and dates to the Isin-Larsa period. It has a gold cap and the remains of a copper alloy rod inside the seal perforation. It depicts a presentation scene with a clean shaven worshipper followed by a divine attendant approaching the warrior god Tishpak with two dragon heads projecting from his shoulders. He is seated on a throne covered with a flounce rug and placed on a dais. It is inscribed, "Given by Kirikiri to his son Bilalama." The design includes the sun and a crescent. Ancient clay sealings sealed with this seal include field registration numbers As.30:T.643, 650 and As.31:T.256. C4133 is the modern seal impression.
